 Since we pack every single order by hand ourselves, there may be slight delays. Of course, we do our best to make sure that your order arrives as soon as possible.

 From the shipping of your order, the delivery time within Germany is 2 to 3 days. Shipping to Europe about 5-7 days. &bnsp; Shipping to America up to 1- 3 weeks. Holidays, product launches of Limited Editions and reorders may cause delivery times to change.

If you live in Europe  , you can cancel your contract according to Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights for EU citizens. If you wish to do so, you must exercise your right no later than 14 days after you receive the product(s).

Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons, we cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All purchases are irrevocable. Please note that Big Ego Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse returns, reshipments and refunds.

 In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, customer service must be contacted within 48 hours of receiving the damaged product. As a customer, you should include a photo of the damage and a screenshot of the confirmation email of your order.

The cost of the return shipping will always borne by the buyer himself.

We recommend the return shipping with DHL, as we can not guarantee a smooth process with all other shipping service providers.

Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons, we do not offer exchanges, all purchases are irrevocable.

All our products are handmade and therefore may vary slightly from the product image (pattern & shape)

Due to high demand, it may take up to 24 hours before you receive your order confirmation. If you do not receive your order confirmation by email within 24 hours, please contact us.

We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, Klarna and PayPal.

Please contact hi@bigegocosmetics.com within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will take care of it. Please send us the order number along with a photo of the item delivered in error.

Big Ego Cosmetics does not test products on animals. All our products are 100% animal-free.

Our products are formulated to be safe for all skin types. If you are unsure or have skin problems, you should show a doctor the ingredients list from our website.

All products have been tested by certified dermatologists and have passed industry standard tests.

We recommend that you store our products in a cool, dry place and do not expose them to direct sunlight or intense heat.

We recommend that you wash your products only by hand. PH neutral soap or baby shampoo is best suited for this purpose - only lightly pull the products through the 'soapy water' avoid strong rubbing. When drying the products do not wring out but rather let them dry wet, but avoid the sun.

We recommend that you do not expose your products to direct UV light.Big Ego only uses EcoInk this is environmentally friendly, gentle, non-toxic ink. This could change if exposed to too strong & especially long sunlight.
