No, all prices are exclusive of customs duties

Since we hand-pack each order ourselves, there may be slight delays. Of course, we make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

From the time your order is dispatched, the delivery time within Germany is 2 to 3 days. Holidays, limited edition product launches and backorders may cause delivery times to change.


If you are in Europe  You can cancel your contract in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights for EU citizens. If you wish, you must exercise your right no later than 14 days after receiving the product(s).

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges. All purchases are irrevocable. Please note that Big Ego Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse returns, re-shipments and refunds.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, customer service must be contacted within 48 hours of receipt of the damaged product. As a customer, you should send a photo of the damage and a screenshot of the confirmation email of your order.

The costs of return shipping are always borne by the buyer.

We recommend returning with DHL, as we cannot guarantee a smooth process with all other shipping service providers.

All of our products are handmade and may therefore vary slightly from the product image (pattern & shape)

Due to high demand, it may take up to 24 hours to receive your order confirmation. If you do not receive your order confirmation by email within 24 hours, please contact us.

We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, Sofortüberweisung, Klarna and PayPal

Please contact hi@bigegocosmetics.com within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will take care of it. Please send us the order number along with a photo of the item delivered in error.

Big Ego Cosmetics does not test products on animals. All of our products are 100% cruelty-free.

Our products are formulated to be safe for all skin types. If you are unsure or have skin problems, you should show the ingredients list from our website to a doctor.

All products have been tested by certified dermatologists and have passed industry standard tests.

We recommend that you store our products in a cool, dry place and not exposed to direct sunlight or strong heat.

We recommend that you only wash your products by hand. PH neutral soap or baby shampoo is best suited - just gently soak the products in the 'soapy water' and avoid rubbing vigorously. When drying, do not wring out the products but rather leave them wet and dry, but avoid the sun.

We recommend that you do not expose your products to direct UV light. Big Ego only uses EcoInk, which is an environmentally friendly, gentle, non-toxic ink. This could change if the sunlight is too strong and especially for a long time.
